TERMS OF SERVICE

I reserve the right to reject any commission requests regardless of reason.
I do not accept any commissions with AI generated references, or if the commissioner is involved in the use of Generative AI.
Please credit me as the 3D Artist of your model in your credits page or the bio of your active platform (YouTube/Twitch...etc).
By commissioning me, you automatically agree to my Terms of Service.

Payment will be made via Paypal invoice.
50% upfront payment is required before I start working on the commission.
The remaining 50% payment must be made before I can handover the completed files.
Refunds of any kind are not possible once work has begun.
Full refund will only be made if I am unable to proceed with the commission under any reasons on my part.
If the client makes a chargeback at any point during the commission process, the commission is considered cancelled and I reserve the right to use the work done in any way I deem fit.

Minor revisions within reason (subjected to my assessment) throughout the commission is allowed.
Major revisions will only be allowed on a case-by-case basis with additional charges starting from $30~ (depending on scale) each time a revision is made.
Requesting for any scale of revisions on what was already approved will only be allowed on a case-by-case basis with additional charges starting from $80~ (depending on scale) each time a revision is made.

Monetised Usage Rights are included in the base commission fees. This means that you can use the commissioned model in your commercial activities including Streaming. This does not include selling merchandise using the 3D model.
Modifications to the model after commission is completed is permitted to an extent. Please consult me beforehand for more details.
In the unfortunate case where you want to resell the model, please let me know beforehand and keep me updated on the new owner. You cannot sell the model at a higher price that originally commissioned from me.
Usage of the model and its data on AI training and NFT artworks are strictly prohibited.

I reserve the right to display your model as part of my portfolio and for promotional showcases.
Claiming the work as your own is strictly prohibited.

I will send WIP previews to you throughout the commission as I work on each part of the model.
I reserve the right to cancel and stop working on the commission with no refund if I receive no response from you for more than a week.
All communication and updates to be done through Discord, Email or Twitter DM.
